Melkbos Athletic Club is a running club in Melkbosstrand, Cape Town, welcoming runners and walkers from the Atlantic Seaboard, Table View, the West Coast, and the wider northern suburbs.

We offer memberships, time trials, social runs, race entries, community events, and support for everyone from beginners to experienced distance runners.
